6/6 - Management Learning from Chameleon

1.     Various Species with different Shapes and  Sizes – 

Chameleon can be seen in 1500+ variety of defined species on this earth in different shapes and sizes and probably zoologist may still find some more. One thing in common about them is the abilities which we discussed above are same across the species baring their shapes and sizes. There are some additional adaptations which are being found as per the varied species, but these basic abilities are common in all of them.

MANAGEMENT LEARNING – Generally we tend to think that when we grow to a certain level then only some of our capabilities will be of use or will be required. Currently at this stage it doesn’t matter whether we have it or not / we practice it or not. Believe me friends as they say rules of success never change and you need to show right attitude, characteristics and ability to become successful today and even in future. Your position (take it as size in organization here) hardly matters.
