2/6 - Management Learning form chameleon

1.     Ability to have balance and grip on varied surfaces and terrains  –
Chameleon has developed a very unique design of its feet and its tail also to have firm grip. Here are some pictures which show how best it can hold itself using both of these parts. It can maintain balance on any kind of surface and even on thinnest branches of plants and trees.

MANAGEMENT LEARNING – We must get the firm grip on our processing and progressing ground to keep going without losing our balance. After getting the initial know how of the operational flow of our role we should change ourselves to get hold on to it as fast as possible.
